Visual style for the Philly 3 Suite
Wow where do I begin?! The Philly 3 VS was started in Nov or Dec of '06 using Philly 2 as a base, I played around with the colors of the old theme and decided to go with philly blue instead of using the grey. It was finalized in January of '07 but was not released until now. It's been in constant use on my desktop for over a year and has my seal of approval in terms of it being a long term use type of skin.
